Purpose
These terms govern the use of the CAP10JETS platform, a marketplace connecting parties for aircraft sales. Closing happens off-platform.
Eligibility
Registration is reserved for persons aged 18+ who are not nationals of countries under international sanctions. Sellers are verified (KYC) before first publication; priced offers require a verified buyer account (KYC).
User obligations
Accuracy of listing information, respect of confidentiality (NDA), use of the chat as official channel, prohibition of unlawful content. CAP10 may suspend accounts in case of breach.
Liability
CAP10JETS is not a party to transactions and guarantees neither aircraft condition nor counterparties' solvency. Our checks do not replace a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) or professional advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Emirate of Dubai and, for entities established there, the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates.
